The Adapt 2 Mattress is a Canadian-made, non-powered modular therapeutic surface from 5 Minds Mobility, distributed in Canada by Permobil. Removable foam sections allow ROHO air-cell inserts to be placed within the mattress's firm perimeter.
Five System layouts provide different numbers and positions of ROHO sections. Standard Canadian configurations are 36, 39 or 42 inches wide by 80 inches long, with a published 350 lb capacity. The matching top enclosure cover is ordered separately.
Confirm the actual bed deck, rails, insert layout and matching cover with the person responsible for the pressure-care plan before ordering. SSME confirms the complete configuration in writing.
