The Bentley is a positioning chair rather than a pressure relief chair. It tilts to 20 degrees, which is enough to take the weight off the seat bones and settle someone properly back into the chair without laying them down. For a lot of people that is exactly the right amount of tilt.
The frame is steel and carries 450 lb. Seats are made from 14 to 32 inches wide, the widest range PDG offer, and 16 to 22 inches deep, with a 22 inch or 25 inch back. It is built to a measurement rather than picked off a shelf.
PDG was founded in Vancouver in 1995, and Permobil publish that every PDG chair is still built in Canada. Come in and we will measure before anything is ordered.
