The Golden Cricket LT is a folding power wheelchair built on a carbon fibre frame, and at 31.3 lb assembled it is the lightest chair in Golden's folding range. It folds sideways to a 12 inch profile and stays standing on its own wheels, so it can be rolled to a vehicle rather than carried to one.
Golden list a 300 lb (136 kg) capacity, a removable 10Ah 24V lithium ion battery they label airline friendly, and a battery carry bag as standard. Range is up to 15 km with a 6 km/h top speed, both converted here from Golden's published imperial figures. The seat is 18 x 18 inches (46 x 46 cm) over a contoured memory foam cushion, the armrests flip up for side transfers, the tires are flat free, and the compact joystick carries a USB charging port. The turning radius is 29.5 inches (75 cm), a wider turn than the standard Cricket GP302, so the chair trades some indoor agility for the lower lift.
