The Jazzy Ultra Light by Pride Mobility is a folding power chair offered with a choice of two batteries, and the larger one roughly doubles the range. It is 33 lb bare, 38 or 40 lb with the battery in depending which you choose, and it carries 300 lb either way.
The seat is 18 inches wide, the drive tyres are flat free so there is nothing to puncture and nothing to pump up, and the joystick is programmable to suit how you drive. The smaller battery is airline-friendly; check with your airline and get the answer in writing.
