The Drive Medical M-Rail Home Bed Assist Handle, model 1222P, is designed to provide support when getting into or out of bed and when moving from lying to sitting. Its M-shaped grip and multiple crossbars provide several hand positions.
 
Drive lists a 300 lb weight capacity, powder-coated steel frame, extra-long safety strap and included accessory pouch. The manufacturer lists single, twin, double, queen and king bed sizes, with the strap wrapping around the mattress or box spring.
 
Bed size alone does not prove compatibility. Confirm the exact mattress, base and strap path before purchase, and do not assume platform or adjustable-bed compatibility.
