The AirFlyer by The Mobilist starts at 28.5 lb before the battery goes in, which is the lightest starting point on our power wall. The frame is carbon fibre, it folds by hand to 10.25 inches wide, which is the narrowest fold we sell, and it still carries 300 lb.
It runs 12 inch rear wheels, unusual on a chair this light and the thing you feel the first time you cross a broken footpath, and it comes in two seat depths, 15 or 17.5 inches, both 17.5 inches across. One caution before you book a flight. The Mobilist describe the battery as airline approved, but the watt hour figure that claim rests on does not agree with the weight they publish for the same battery, so we are not going to repeat the claim on this page.
