The Nitro 3 Wheel is a three-wheel rollator with no seat and a dual front fork that turns tightly in confined spaces. If the problem is a small flat with tight corners rather than a long walk that needs a rest, this is usually the right answer.
It weighs 13.5 lb, carries 300 lb, and the handles set between 32 and 37 inches. The brake cable runs inside the frame, so there is nothing to catch on a door frame, and it folds side to side and stands on its own.
