The Robooter E40 turns in 17.7 inches, which is less than half the turning circle of the E60 and by a distance the tightest chair Robooter make. If the chair has to live indoors and get around furniture rather than head out across a park, this is the one in the range built for it.
It takes the same 24 V 20 Ah battery as the much larger E60, runs 23 km on a charge and carries 330 lb, the same capacity as its bigger siblings. Pneumatic rear tyres soften thresholds and cobbles, it climbs a 1.6 inch obstacle and crosses a 4 inch ditch, and it folds by hand into one piece with no tools.
