The Titan with Twilight PL449 is the most adjustable chair Golden makes, with five independently controlled comfort zones. On top of the MaxiComfort recline that moves the backrest and footrest separately, it adds Golden's patented Twilight tilt, which tips the whole seat and back together as one unit rather than just opening the angle.
That matters more than it sounds. Tilting in space shifts your weight off the tailbone and back onto the thighs and back, which is the position most often suggested for anyone who sits for long stretches or has pressure or circulation concerns. The power headrest and power lumbar are driven from the programmable AutoDrive remote, and the arm holds a wireless phone charger, a USB port, a cup holder and a removable table.
