U-Step Neuro (Standard)
The U-Step Neuro Standard Walker is engineered specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s, neurological conditions, and freezing of gait who require maximum stability, control, and confidence while walking. Unlike conventional rollators, the U-shaped frame surrounds the user, creating a low centre of gravity with seven-wheel contact for enhanced balance and fall prevention.
Its reverse-braking system keeps the walker stationary until light pressure is applied to the hand brakes, helping reduce the risk of sudden rollaways or instability—especially during freezing episodes, transitions, and initial steps. This makes the U-Step Neuro an ideal mobility aid for users who struggle with balance loss or unpredictable movement.
This Standard model does not include the laser/sound cueing system, but it is fully compatible with the optional cueing module for those who benefit from visual or auditory prompts.
Designed for everyday indoor use and smooth outdoor walking, the U-Step Neuro provides a high level of control, safety, and reassurance for individuals managing conditions such as Parkinson’s, PSP, MSA, ataxia, or stroke recovery.
